Trained in the palaces of the French Riviera and the French Alps, Antoine Mousnier honed his art in contact with the greatest establishments before continuing his career as a private chef in luxury chalets.

From his travels and encounters with renowned chefs, he brought back an openness to the world and a strong taste for the precision of raw produce — a product he boldly elevates, blending terroir and inspirations from elsewhere.

His cuisine celebrates modernity and excellence without ever betraying the soul of the Périgord region, central to the Tòvera experience.
